Christmas Wishlist.

(Tibi Dress, Jo Malone Cracker, Mulberry Bayswater Bag, 3.1 Phillip Lim Silk Pants, Miu Miu Boots)

With November almost over, my mind is now wondering to what I would like to receive. If I were to be given any of these items this Christmas, I would be a happy girl.

Leopard.

(River Island Skirt, Zara Tank Top & Cardigan, Gipsy Tights)

These tights are were an absolute find for me. I always have trouble with thigh highs falling down and when I found tights that had them built it, I was set. They give the illusion that they are thigh highs on top of tights, yet as you touch them, you realize! This outfit is simple, but with the leopard print, it makes it slightly more fun than usual.

A Splash of Denim.

(Zara Knit, H&M Leggings and Denim Shirt)

I love this outfit as it's so comfortable, but still looks really good. It's simplicity with a hint of sophistication. The denim shirt underneath the knit moves this outfit from being a slouchy day, to a rather fashionable one.

High Waisted Pyjama Pants.

(H&M Denim Shirt, Vila Pants, Topshop Tank Top, Zara Flats)

This outfit is so comfortable and easy to wear, yet it retains its quirkiness because of the pattern on the pants! The "pyjama pants" name comes from the guys in my year, who have no fashion sense. The material on the pants is soft, but still quite formal. The pockets are a suede, which is lovely to touch when I drift away from what's going on around me.

A Touch of Texture.

(IRO Jeans, Staple Vest, H&M basic shirt, Zara Flats, ASOS Necklace)

I could hear the rain on the windows before I even opened my eyes this morning so I decided to mirror the weather with my outfit. This outfit is a dark tone, but so comfortable. The vest is new and I love the quirkiness it adds to the otherwise boring outfit. I really like the detailing on the jeans around the knee, and pocket area, which takes them from being plain jeans, to ones with character.

24.10.11

True Camouflage.

(Zara Pants & Silk Shirt, Topshop Tanktop, Tory Burch Flats)

While both Zara items are new purchases, I was getting bored of always writing "Outfit from a Purchase", so I decided to change it up. The silk shirt is so easy to put with any outfit and can take an outfit from looking boring to quite sophisticated. Now, these pants are absolutely to die for. The material is so soft, and comfortable that I could spend all day in them. They truly are camouflage as you can only see the colours in certain lighting. I had many people today in utter surprise when they realised that they  were camouflage! I think that the blue undertones in the pants worked with my blue Tory Burch's today. Hopefully I'll keep updating this week!

Outfit from a Purchase.

(Zara Pants, and Knit, Hand-Made Bracelet from Tanzania, Lacoste Shoes)

Sorry I haven't done a post in a while! I have had loads of work, but here is the outfit from a purchase post, as promised. These pants are a gorgeous colour and perfect for autumn. I love the combat feeling of them due to the pockets on either legs. These pants, paired with this oversized knit gives them a relaxed feeling, which I love at the moment. Hopefully, today I will be buying more items to make more Outfit from a Purchase posts! Have a week off now, so should be updating this more often.

Triangles of Green.

Found this funky way of doing my nails from Refinery29 the other day and thought i would give it a go! Decided to only do it on two fingers as it was easier but would definitely recommend it, I love it. I used Mint Green from Barry M, and Black from Mavala. Planning on showing you what's on my nails quite often!

27.9.11

Outfit from a Purchase.

(H&M knit and heels, American apparel chiffon skirt, Warehouse bodycon skirt, Topshop necklace)

I love how one purchase can inspire so many outfits within your mind. When I was trying on this knit, I began to think of so many ways in which I could wear it! This is merely one of the outfits I thought of. The knit is so comfortable, yet I find it quite edgy at the same time due to the cropping of it and the slits in the sides. The heaviness of the knit works well with the delicateness of the chiffon skirt.
I will be doing a segment like this hopefully each week showing you an outfit of mine from a purchase that I have recently made.

The Little Intricacies.

My accessories were the most enjoyable part of my outfit today. The bracelet and earrings are Thomas Sabo, and the charm was given to me by my parents last year. The earrings are beautiful but it is difficult to see in the picture. They are small hearts with small crystals inside them. I decided to make my nails more interesting by adding a small bow-tie to the ring finger which adds quirkiness. The ring was given to me by my boyfriend and I wear it every day. It is a viking ring and has a lovely little red stone in it, without this ring, I feel completely naked!

Biarritz Photo Diary.

First time surfing in my life, and it was so much fun! Went to South of France, Biarritz, for a week and I would love to do it again. Got to wear more beachy outfits than anything chic but it was a nice, relaxing time. These are just a few shots of my time there.
